Custom stuff usually takes a bit longer to make, then shipping on top of that. I'd check their site for estimated delivery, but for Mother's Day, you might be cutting it close.

My custom order took like 2 weeks to even ship, then another 5 days to get to me in California. So, for NYC, probably pushing it for a specific date unless you pay for faster shipping.

Yeah, I have a necklace and a ring, both 14k gold plated. The necklace is still good, but my ring kinda faded where it rubs on things. Guess it depends on how much you wear it and if it gets wet a lot.

AFAIK, personalized stuff is usually a no-go for returns unless it's their fault, like a misspelling. Pretty standard for custom items.

Nope, they don't take returns on custom pieces if you just changed your mind. I tried once for a ring that didn't fit quite right (my mistake), and they said no. Only if it's damaged or wrong.
